Aston Martin V8 Manual Conversion Tremec T56 Magnum 6-Speed

Designed for 1970’s – 1980’s Aston Martin V8 powered cars.  Our 6 speed manual conversion uses a new Tremec T56 Magnum 6 speed transmission with a torque rating of 700 lb-ft.

We have a history for producing transmission packages for a number of engines and our Aston V8 package was produced in collaboration with Aston specialists who helped to spec our package and advised on the exact requirements that the Aston V8 cars.  Our package therefore provides the gear shift lever in the correct position and has provision for mechanical speedo cable (for original instruments) together with electronic speedo sensor (should the customer wish to change to electronic instruments).  Our mechanical speedo provision is a true cable drive and so does not require the electronic speedo conversion box that other conversions rely on.
