Delivery Charges – U.K.

Delivery charges (including packing) are calculated on a sliding scale.  This is based on the weight and delivery method.  The following table shows our carriage and packing charges for a range of weights.  Please note our minimum delivery charge for mail order items is £9.85 + vat.

Quoted delivery times are for ‘Working Days’ from dispatch and exclude weekends, bank holidays and either our own or our carriers shut down periods (e.g. Christmas period). Certain large or bulky items may incur additional packing charges. Please note that the delivery driver may need assistance to unload large/heavy items – please advise if special delivery arrangements are required. The above prices refer to nearly all UK mainland destinations. Increased rates for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands may apply and delivery times may be extended. Please note that there must be someone to sign for the goods upon delivery. Should the premises of delivery be un-occupied at time of delivery, the driver will usually return the goods to the depot. Goods will not be left “round the back” or “in the shed” etc, as directed by a note attached to the premises of delivery. A re-delivery charge will apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

Overseas – Worldwide (EEC and Non EEc Countries)

Delivery costs are based on size, weight and method of delivery. Our main method for international dispatch is UPS. Larger orders may be shipped either via air or sea freight. Please note that any local import duty, taxes or customs clearance are not included in our prices and must be paid by you. Please request a quote for overseas carriage.
